The customer\u2019s request was about <b>storing goods in an Italian warehouse prior<\/b> to importation, allowing for product <b>availabilty close to customers<\/b> and the possibility of selling a small quantities of goods.<br \/>MWM Cesena, an authorized third-party <b>logistics operator and a FULL AEO customs broker<\/b>, played a crucial role in addressing customer\u2019s request.<br \/>Our services included:<\/p><ul><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Coordination of the expedition<br \/><\/b>MWM handled the transportation from Cina to MWM\u2019s bonded warehouse in Italy.<br \/>The use of a specialized logistics operator ensured <b>efficient and safe transportation<\/b> of the goods, reducing the risk and delays. MWM handled all phases of the shipment, allowing the customer to focus on its core business. It also ensured that all laws and regulations for <b>exporting to <\/b>Italy were followed closely, avoiding possible fines and interruptions in the import process.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Customs operations:<\/b>\u00a0MWM handled the <b>customs transit operation <\/b><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><b>with the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.adm.gov.it\/portale\/dogane\/operatore\/regimi-e-istituti-doganali\/i-regimi-doganali\/transito-1\"> T1 document<\/a><\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\">, the introduction into the bonded warehouse, and subsequent opearations such as import for buyer of the gooods.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Acceptance and customs warehousing:<\/b>\u00a0the container underwent weighing and customs acceptance activities, following Italian customs regulations, before storage in the MWM\u2019s customs wahouse. These procedures are essential to ensure that the goods comply with the <b>customs regulations<\/b> of the destination country. It is essential that companies involved in exporting or importing know the <b>customs laws and regulations<\/b> of the destination country, ensuring that they have to provide the necessary documentation and comply with <b>acceptance procedure<\/b>. In fact, the payment of customs duties is due when the goods are extracted, in whole or in part, thus facilitating the replenishment of products <b>without having to anticipate the cost of duties or VAT.<\/b><\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Competitive advantage:<\/b>\u00a0photovoltaic panels from ChinaPV Tech could be stored in the bonded warehouse, <b>allowing small quantities to be sold<\/b> locally.<br \/>This ensured immediate availability for customers, deleting long shipping waits from China.
